More than 300 cheerful young faces lit up the Ford Hai Duong Plant during the “Ford Kids Explore STEAM” event on June 20, 2025.
Organized especially for employees’ children, the event brought science, technology, engineering, arts, and math to life through fun, hands-on experiences. It was a rare chance for the next generation to discover the exciting world behind the vehicles their parents help build every day.
The day featured eight interactive STEAM stations designed to spark curiosity and creativity. Children built simple circuits, programmed mini robots, explored basic engineering with Lego sets, tested gravity and motion using ramps, and made their own colorful lava lamps with safe household ingredients. Art activities like kinetic painting and puzzle design added a playful twist to science.
Alongside these stations, kids enjoyed engaging science shows on stage, where concepts like air pressure, magnetism, and chemical reactions were demonstrated in fun, visual ways. The factory tour was another highlight, giving children a glimpse into the vehicle production process—many for the very first time.
This initiative was part of Ford Vietnam’s Next-Gen engagement efforts, aiming to connect families through meaningful experiences and inspire young minds to explore and dream big. It was more than a school break—it was a day of imagination, discovery, and Ford family pride.
