Ford Credit China, or Ford Automotive Finance (China) Ltd. (FAFC), proudly commemorated its 20th anniversary of operations with a vibrant celebration at its newly furnished Shanghai office. The event brought together approximately 200 employees onsite, with an additional 70 joining virtually.

The anniversary celebrations were initiated a month prior, building excitement and a sense of shared history through a weekly internal newsletter. This special series featured “Employee Photo Stories,” allowing team members to share cherished memories and reflect on the company's growth and their personal contributions over the past two decades.

The main event on June 20 was a testament to Ford Credit China’s enduring success and strong team spirit. It included the debut of an inspiring leadership video of congratulatory messages from senior executives at Ford China and Ford Motor Credit Company that acknowledged the team’s contributions and achievements.

Justin Chen, President FAFC

FAFC President Justin Chen spoke to the team with great pride about key successes. He specifically noted the achievement of serving over 1.6 million customers, and the collaboration to build a robust nationwide partnership with over 700 dealers. He also touched upon FAFC's legacy of innovation, referencing key digital launches and the ongoing transformation project. He expressed gratitude to all employees, stressing that their dedication and hard work made these accomplishments possible. A lively lucky draw hosted by Chen added to the festive atmosphere.

A highlight of the gathering was the ceremonial cutting of the 20th-anniversary cake and a commemorative group photograph in the office lobby, with employees in their anniversary T-shirts.
